Exemption Criteria
These established requirements outline the maximum purchase limit and allowable quantities for inbound passengers entering the Kingdom. ZATCA allows individuals to purchase goods duty-free up to a limit of SR3,000 ($800) per passenger, provided that the goods are for personal use. Moreover, the regulations prescribe a maximum quantity of 200 cigarettes per passenger for duty-free purchase.
