Following the seizure of more than sixty stolen credit cards and illegal narcotics in Brampton, the investigation led to the arrest of three individuals and the filing of charges against them numbering 292.
Stopping a vehicle driven by one of the accused
At around 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Ontario Police were conducting traffic checks in the vicinity of Peel Center Drive, close to Dixie Road and Queen Street East. During the course of their work, they stopped a vehicle that was being driven by one of the individuals who are being accused.
Heroin and methamphetamine drugs were seized
During the course of the search, law enforcement agents were able to collect a number of drugs, including heroin and methamphetamine, as well as more than sixty credit cards and more than twenty identification documents.
All three defendants are believed to be from Brampton
Vishaldeep Singh, who is 25 years old, Jaskaran Singh, who is also 25 years old, and Sukhjinder Singh, who is 24 years old, were all arrested at the site. All three males are believed to be from Brampton.
The three defendants face various charges
The three defendants are being charged with a variety of offenses that are comparable to one another. These offenses include, among other things, 61 counts of possession of a credit card, 12 counts of possession of property obtained by crime for less than $5,000, and 22 counts of possession of a false employment identity document.
There is a possibility that they will show up in court on July 11th.
The police are obliged to return stolen identity documents and bank cards
It has been stated by the police that they are "committed" to restore the allegedly stolen bank cards and identity documents to their rightful owners.
