ahmed atef - | Arab News

As of yesterday, the Emirates Foundation for School Education has made it known that school uniforms for the academic year 2023-2024 are now available for purchase by government schools. These uniforms can be purchased at any of the approximately 50 locations of the Lulu Hypermarket Group that are spread across various regions of the country or on the website of the group.

The Foundation has issued each student with a "barcode" that may be scanned by either the kid or his guardian in order to make an online purchase of school uniforms.

The institution has established several controls for the school uniform and the external appearance of students while they are in school, the most prominent of which is that all students are required to wear school uniforms according to the approved design for each episode, and care must be taken to wear the school uniform in its elegant, tidy, and clean appearance. In addition, the institution has mandated that all students must wear school uniforms in accordance with the approved design for each episode.

The authorised design calls for students in the third cycle to additionally cover their heads by donning a "black shawl" along with their school uniforms. This is a requirement that must be followed. Students are required to wear white clothing underneath the Emirati kandura, and they are expected to wear the "assama" with either formal or athletic footwear at all times.
