'Dubai Integrated Housing Center' is set to open to the public in February and is located at Avenue Mall in Nad Al Sheba. Its goal is to enhance citizen services.
Dubai's Residential Services Hub
The 'Dubai Integrated Housing Center' was inaugurated at Avenue Mall, Nad Al Sheba, by the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. In accordance with Dubai Social Agenda 33, this public-accessible initiative is scheduled to improve services for citizens in February.
Comprehensive Support for Home Building
Providing individuals with full support throughout the home-building process, the center offers 54 residential services from government ministries and business sector partners. This includes advising on design, providing tips on how to save costs, and working with banks to help with funding.
Transforming the Home-Building Experience
Making home-building less hard, particularly for young people, was Sheikh Hamdan's main transformational objective. New Emirati families may apply for land and home loans through the center, which is in line with Dubai Social Agenda 33's goal of providing these services within one year.
Diverse Services Catering to Citizen Needs
For all of Dubai's residents, the Integrated Housing Center is a one-stop shop for housing, building, and land services, such as the distribution and selection of parcels of land for homes. The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, the Roads and Transport Authority, the Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Land are all government institutions that are engaged. Emirates Islamic Bank and Sobha Realty are private partners that contribute to the diversity of services.
Commitment to Stable Families
In the future, Sheikh Hamdan plans to implement further initiatives that demonstrate his commitment to building strong families and providing excellent living conditions for all inhabitants. In January, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid unveiled the Dubai Social Agenda 33, which aims to improve the quality of life for citizens by raising housing standards, healthcare, and other areas. This effort is in keeping with this larger goal.
