The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has stated that some of its centers will keep offering services relating to residency visas and entry permits even during the Eid Al Adha holidays.
Dubai GDRFA Visa Services During Eid Al-Adha Holidays
Services related to residence visas and entry permits will remain accessible during the Eid Al Adha holidays at select centers of Dubai's General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), as announced on Friday. To ensure that essential services continue uninterrupted, the GDRFA has outlined its operational hours from June 15 to 18.
Throughout the Eid Al-Adha holiday, the Customer Happiness Center at Dubai International Airport, situated in Terminal 3's Arrivals Hall, will be open nonstop. During one of the busiest travel times of the year, our service is available 24/7 to assist passengers with any visa-related issues that may arise.
The Al Aweer Customer Happiness Center will also be available to the public, operating from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily during the holiday period. This extended schedule allows customers to handle their residency and visa-related transactions with greater flexibility and ease, accommodating those who may have varying schedules during the festive season.
