His Excellency Major General Ahmed Rafie, Assistant Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Administration Affairs, emphasized the significance of Dubai Police's engagement in the exhibition, aligning with the directives of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police. The goal is to provide opportunities for national and reserve service recruits to contribute to their country through roles within the Dubai Police workforce.

Lieutenant Colonel Hamad bin Dafoos, Director of the Selection and Employment Department at the General Department of Human Resources, detailed the procedures at the Dubai Police platform within the recruitment exhibition. National service recruits are provided with smart devices for registration, enabling them to express their job preferences, obtain queue numbers, submit necessary documentation, and schedule personal interviews.
Prospective applicants must meet specific criteria, including citizenship, attainment of at least 18 years of age, possession of a high school diploma, and meeting height and weight standards. Additionally, successful completion of smart tests, personal interviews, and medical examinations is imperative. Furthermore, individuals must not have a history of dishonorable conduct, military demerits, or dismissal from service in any security, military, or civilian entity.
