The minister pointed out the critical significance of Saudi leadership in promoting the empowerment of women and fostering the development of the younger generation. The individual in question declared the Saudi Technical Institute for Petroleum Services to be renamed the "Energy Institute."
The HCI conference, held under the auspices of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, aims to develop human capabilities as part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 Realization Programs.

Dr. Ghadah Alarifi, founding dean of KSPP, highlighted the institution's role as a catalyst for collaboration and progress in the public policy sphere.
By leveraging KAPSARC's network, KSPP provides opportunities for global engagement and career advancement, offering tailored courses in energy policy and other relevant areas. The school is dedicated to sustainability, aiming to meet its energy needs through renewable resources, aligning with Saudi Arabia's commitment to environmental responsibility.
KAPSARC is renowned for its contributions to energy, environmental, and economic research, aiming to advance Saudi Arabia's energy sector and influence global policies through evidence-based research and advice.
