This judgment entrusts the Department of Social Services with the duty of distributing aid to impacted people whose homes have sustained damage as a result of these unforeseen circumstances.
As The decision outlines the criteria for requesting assistance, the evaluation process conducted by the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority to assess the extent of damage, and the financial aid allocated by the Department of Social Services in accordance with predefined tables, complete with legal provisions.
Transfer of Dog Care Center to Sharjah Sports Council
Furthermore, the Council resolved to transfer the oversight of the Dog Care Centre in Sharjah, previously under the jurisdiction of the Environment and Natural Reserves Authority, to the Sharjah Sports Council.
