The services advertised by Hajj campaigns predominantly revolve around accommodation near the Haram in Mecca, Mina camps, and Mashaer train stations. These services typically include preaching and guidance committees, free internet, medical assistance, daily meals, laundry facilities, and ironing services. Additionally, some campaigns provide extra amenities, such as barbershops and massage services.
Transportation and Accommodation
Campaigns emphasize providing top-notch transportation between holy sites, contracting with premier transportation companies for comfortable buses, and providing efficient supervision. Accommodation in Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah is typically arranged in official UAE mission camps, ensuring air-conditioning, clean facilities, and additional meals during the stay.
The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat stresses adherence to electronic contracts between campaigns and pilgrims, available on official platforms. These contracts are binding upon signature by both parties, with provisions for price reductions and cancellation processes.
