Conditions and terms
- Either the client or the attorney must be present in person.
- The driver and the company representative need to be present.
- To use this service, the client must pay all outstanding traffic fines.
- To apply for the service, if the car is mortgaged, the customer must electronically release the mortgage or present a letter of credit from the mortgagor.
- A driver's license must be presented if someone other than the owner is operating the car.
- The owner and driver of the car must be present in person.
- If the customer wishes to drive the car outside of the GCC, he must present an eNOC from the ATCUAE. This applies to both citizens and nationals of the GCC.
- If the customer is using a cargo business to transport the vehicle, they need to give a copy of the cargo company's trade license.
- Should the vehicle's license plates be from a consulate, the owner needs to get in touch with the Customer Happiness Center - Deira and present a letter of authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Citizens do not require an eNOC from the ATCUAE or a Tourism Certificate from RTA in order to drive their vehicles to any of the GCC nations. On the other hand, citizens need to get an eNOC from the ATCUAE and an RTA tourism certificate.
