According to the statement published by the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, there are 43 countries whose driving licenses are recognized in Dubai, and requests to replace this driving license can be submitted through the Customer Happiness Centers in Dubai.

The Emirates Roads and Transport Authority announced in an official statement that residents of countries whose driving license is recognized can replace the license from any of the Saada centers, which are located in the following areas: (Umm Ramool, Latwar, Deira, Al-Kifaf, Al-Barsha, Al-Manara).
