Devoted worshippers, such as Punit Mehta, who has been going to the temple ever since he was a kid, are overcome with a sense of nostalgia at the thought of the upcoming relocation. "It has been 20 years since I have been coming to the Bur Dubai temple, and the visits to this temple have been ingrained in my memory," Mehta says.
