Wajeb Al Khoury, the director of LIP, and Biju George, the general manager overseeing Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, revealed that 11 shopping malls spread across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra regions are actively participating in this event. To participate, shoppers need to spend a minimum of Dh200 at any store within the participating malls and present their receipts at the designated customer service desk. Notably, shoppers can combine multiple receipts from various stores within the same mall to meet the Dh200 threshold.
The allure of the raffle draws lies in the enticing rewards awaiting lucky winners. Weekly draws, scheduled for June 9, 16, and 23, will feature luxurious travel packages to exotic destinations, opulent staycations, and coveted gold vouchers. Each draw will see seven travel packages being awarded to winners, offering them the chance to explore breathtaking locales such as Kenya, Bosnia, Sri Lanka, and more. Additionally, the climax of the campaign on June 30 will witness three fortunate individuals driving off in their brand-new cars.
Al Khoury expressed his excitement about the widespread participation of all tenants across the 11 malls, promising an abundance of enticing deals and discounts that cater to both UAE residents and visitors. Anticipating a significant surge in footfall, he envisions a double-digit increase in visitor numbers throughout the campaign duration. The participating malls encompass a diverse range of shopping destinations, including Al Wahda Mall, Mushrif Mall, Khalidiyah Mall, Al Raha Mall, Mazyad Mall, Forsan Central Mall, Al Falah Central Mall, and Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre and Gold Centre in Abu Dhabi, alongside Barari Outlet Mall and Al Foah Mall in Al Ain, and Al Dhafra Mall.

Navaneeth Sudhakaran, the general manager of LIP overseeing Dubai and the Northern Emirates, highlighted the app's key features, including the ability to purchase or gift digital Laka cards, participate in mall promotions, and access comprehensive information on events, store locations, offers, and other mall services. Notably, the app introduces the concept of partial redemption, offering users greater flexibility in managing their digital gift cards, a feature absent in current offerings.
